We built our North Sydney brokerage from the ground up to be completely independent. We’re not tied to any bank. We’re not measured by how many referrals we send to a particular institution. Our only obligation is to you — and to finding you the best deal in a market of 40+ competing lenders.

Tim Russell has been in the finance industry since 2008 with experience across a range of different firms and dealer groups. During his time in the industry, Tim has learnt how to break down the incredibly complex finance world into a number of succinct steps, providing his clients with comfort, clarity and confidence in obtaining their goals.
Now with Multipart Finance, Tim continues to bring his passion and enthusiasm for all this finance, delivering brilliant client outcomes through his focus on integrity, dedication and professionalism.
A graduate of Bond University with a Bachelor of Property Economics, Sebastian Kesby began his career in property development and sales before co-founding Multipart Property with Matthew Zappia in 2014. Together with Matt and Tim Russell, they expanded the business by launching Multipart Finance in 2017.
Sebastian is passionate about building genuine relationships and delivering exceptional client experiences. Drawing on his extensive network across the property industry, he works closely with clients and industry partners to connect people with the right opportunities and ensure every finance journey is seamless from start to finish.
Matthew Zappia entered the property industry in 2009 as a buyer’s agent before expanding into property development, where he established his first development agency, Zapp Property. In 2014, he joined forces with Sebastian Kesby to co-found Multipart Property, before partnering with Sebastian and Tim Russell to launch Multipart Finance in 2017.
With more than 15 years of industry experience and an individual real estate licence, Matt brings a strategic approach to business development and client relationships. His extensive property knowledge and long-standing industry connections help clients navigate their property journey with confidence while ensuring they are supported by the right professionals every step of the way.
